Formed in 1986 as The Trident Building Corporation, Trident Building’s success is founded on our business model of developing and fostering a repeat client base rather than the traditional contractor model of project, not client, based pursuits.  To this end, knowledgeable Clients are identified and their projects are pursued on a “negotiated” and not on “lump-sum bid” basis.

Working collaboratively with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors and Vendors during the earliest stages of the project delivery process is an environment in which we thrive.  Trident Building continuously seeks to add value, provide direction, build consensus, and forge ahead.  This approach allows all the advantages of a coordinated “team approach” basis, delivering each project in the best interest of our Clients.
