Trident Properties, LLC, is focused on development of commercial, medical office, light industrial, and multi-family residential developments ranging from $1,000,000 - $250,000,000.  Co-venture developments with appropriate partners are evaluated in pursuit of an increase in project dollar limits or portfolio diversification.

Each development, pending economic review and risk analysis, will be undertaken under the following options: permitting and “flip”; permit, build, and hold; turnkey delivery; or design-build-transfer projects.  In any of the build options, construction management by Trident Building, LLC will be considered a first option in order to provide greater control of budget and schedule and overall outcome management.
